​Having A Life Outside Of The Gym

As I mature with age like a fine wine, I like to think that my perspective on life improves. One message I’d like to deliver clearly to you is that you need a life away from the gym. There isn’t anybody on this planet who is more devoted to their craft than me, I live for the gym and love everything about this lifestyle which I preach every single day of the year. However, I still endeavour to have other interests in my life. I’ve seen people come and go from this lifestyle you and I love because they’ve lost perspective on life.

The gym and nutrition fulfils me and allows me to become the best person I can possibly become. I’m more alert, productive, loving, thoughtful and useful when I’m feeling strong, fit, healthy and happy in my own skin. The fitness lifestyle is like my anchor. However, around this core I have many other things which bring fulfilment and happiness into my life such as:

• Hiking

• Camping

• Wake boarding

• Mountain biking

• Motocross

• MMA

As well as my business interests and friendships. What I’m trying to tell you is that the fitness lifestyle is about being healthy on the inside as well, which requires depth in the things that you do. KAGED MUSCLE as a brand is one I built to help people like you facilitate a healthier life, in and out of the gym. I’m an athlete made for anything life throws at me, and I’m able to overcome any obstacle because of this with the help of the gym, my diet and KAGED MUSCLE supplements.

To sustain this as a lifestyle having a variety of interests will keep your mind fresh and yourself happy. Love this way of life for what it is, use it to enhance all other areas of your life and look for synergy rather than exclusivity.

You could call this the KAGED MUSCLE way.
