How Much Water Do You Drink?

There are things I just do automatically these days to guarantee my future evolution and to preserve my state of health. This includes my daily cardio, weight training, outdoor pursuits in the mountains, aerial yoga, colonic hydrotherapy and eating the freshest, cleanest food I can possibly get. You already know about the purity and quality of the supplements I’m using so I won’t go there today. These are things I just do to tip the balance in my favour.

Another habit which I’ve had for over 15 years now is drinking a minimum of 1 gallon of water every day, sometimes as much as nearly 2 gallons depending on the climate I’m in and the state of hydration my body is in. I’ll even carry a water filtration system with me on my travels so that I can guarantee the water I’m drinking is purified and free of all the s*** which you might not even be aware is in the water you’re drinking. Harsh metals and bacterias which really have no business within the human body that’s for sure.

Why do I go to these lengths to drink water, even if it means taking a p*** every 20 minutes!? There’s lots of reasons why, but I’ve kept it to the 3 main ones for you below.

Organ Health

Drinking more water will help preserve the health and even improve it, within several of your major organs such as the kidneys and liver. You’re asking a lot of your body to put up with the stresses of regular intense exercise, eating large volumes of food and on top of that all of the stress which daily life puts on it.

More water will help rid your body of the toxins and s*** which the liver and kidneys have to process for you, rather than leave them floating about inside you for longer than necessary.

Gut Health

It’s mad to think that most of the world is constantly in a state of de-hydration and suffers with a lot of common gut dysfunctions, which could easily be fixed by simple lifestyle improvements. One of which of course is drinking more water, because then the gut has the necessary means of processing food more efficiently, cleansing itself and transporting nutrients as they should be.

If you haven’t got a functional gut you’re never going to get to build the muscle or burn the fat you crave.

Performance Enhancement

Increased mental alertness, better thinking capacity and more training capability are all things you’ll instantly get my drinking more water.
