As a professional lifetime natural bodybuilder I’ve always tried my hardest to help my body produce as much natural free-forming testosterone as it can. We know that beyond your 20s the body tends to produce less testosterone which means that it becomes even more important to do everything in your power to help it. There are four things you should know about boosting testosterone naturally. If anybody should know it would be me, I’ve done it all!
Overload is a known driving force behind testosterone development. Logically it makes sense; your body needs more anabolic properties to cope with the stress. Expose your body to more workload through compound exercises in the gym and it will naturally want to produce more testosterone.
2. Clean Calories
Under eating is a very big cause for natural testosterone to dip. To give your body the necessary ingredients to keep producing this anabolic hormone you must consume plenty of clean calories. The naturally occurring omega 3s from your fish will contribute greatly, along with foods like almond butter, egg yolks, and avocado.
3. Staying Lean
Ever wondered why some men get “man boobs” when they get fat? This can be because their testosterone is converted into estrogen by the aromatase enzyme that resides within your fat cells. The fatter you are the more likely it is your testosterone levels will dive. Stay leaner all year round to avoid losing out on natural testosterone.
4. Special Ingredients

I’ve personally been testing it myself since November of 2015 and the blood tests clearly show this formula is incredibly effective. Stay tuned on this one.
